Pickup Point FAQ

What is a pickup point?

Gym equipement is heavy and shipping by Canada Post can be pricey. To help you save on shipping costs, we can ship to a nerby location where you can pick up your order. By selecting a pickup point location, you'll be saving upto 50% of regular shipping costs.

We currently have pickup points in the Quebec City, Granby, Ottawa/Gatineau and Toronto areas. 

How Does Pickup Point Shipping Work?

We will advise you when your order is dispatched, and provide you a reference number for your pickup at your chosen location.

Typically, your order will be ready for pickup within 2 business days.  Please see the pickup schedule for a complete breakdown.

Pickup Point Schedule

Depending on the day of the week you place an order, these are the assigned "pickup windows": 

If you placed the order on a Monday:
Pickup the same week. 

  • Wednesday: 10am-12pm or 1pm -3:30pm
  • Thursday: 8am-12pm or 1pm-3:30pm

If you placed the order on a Tuesday:
Pickup the same week. 

  • Thursday: 10am-12pm or 1pm -3:30pm
  • Friday: 8am-12pm or 1pm-3:30pm

If you placed the order between Wednesday to Sunday:
Pickup the following week. 

  • Tuesday: 10am-12pm or 1pm -3:30pm
  • Wednesday: 8am-12pm or 1pm-3:30pm
Is The Schedule Flexible?

To help you save money on shipping, we have partnered with other warehouses as pickup points. As such, there is no flexibility to pickup your packages outside the assigned date/time slots. If you miss your appointment, for every day your packages remain warehoused, a $50/day fee is applicable.

Transportation

If your order is carrying a very heavy load, please be conscientious you'll need the appropriate transporation that can handle your packages weight and dimensions.
