*COVID_19 RETURN POLICY*

We’re here to try our best to protect both our customers, and staff. Due to Covid-19, all products will be final sale, with the exception of defective product, until government restrictions become more lenient. We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause our clients. Team Renegade would like to thank you in advance.

 

Standard Return Policy

All final sales cannot be returned.

Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange.

All returns are valid on unopened, undamaged, In original packaging products, accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Returns are accepted up until 10 days of receiving the product. In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase

All delivery charges, and associated fees will not be refunded. The client is responsible for all return-ship charges (shipping, handling, packaging and all other costs). To prevent delivery fees, you are more than welcome to make returns at one of our two warehouses.

Please note that all returns must be received within 10 days of receiving your product – in order to receive your refund.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.

Once it has entered Processing the order may not be cancelled.

There will be a 20% restocking fee charge on all returns.

 

Exchanges

Renegade accepts exchange items, that remain unused, undamaged and still in original packaging within 10 days of receiving your product.
